Liability Form

First time free guest pass, liability waiver form. We allow a first time visit a free guest pass. After that it is $15 per day pass. Day passes do not include use of the Tread Rock Wall.

Ages 12–13:

Full access with adult supervision required at all times. Please be respectful of this shared space and other members.

Ages 14–17:

May utilize the facility independently (without a guardian present).

Under 12 years old:

Membership eligibility must be discussed with management.
