Total Fitness 24-7 had its humble beginnings in New London, WI back in 2017. Kurt Daul, the owner, wanted to create a clean, safe, and affordable space that all members of the community could utilize.

Since then Total Fitness has grown into the premier training facility in the Fox Valley. Fast forward to 2022 and Kurt is continuing to change the game by offering the best packages at the most competitive prices around.
